About the event
Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors and donors, this course is offered on a sliding scale to help make advanced medical training accessible to healthcare professionals across a range of roles and income levels.
Train alongside physicians and special operations veterans to move, communicate, and work as a team in austere and high-risk environments. You’ll learn to plan ahead, stay calm under pressure, and operate safely where conditions are unpredictable. If you feel called to serve on a medical mission, this course will provide with invaluable skills, the confidence, and mentors.
War-torn regions and destabilized states such as Haiti, Ukraine, Sudan, Kurdistan, and Burma suffer the greatest spiritual and material needs.
These regions are dangerous to operate in and have limited access to communication and medical care. Christian missionary organizations operating in these regions, from the Free Burma Rangers to All Things Possible, need highly trained and resilient…

Daily Audit
This ticket is for those looking to audit the course without attending the full training. This is ticket includes 3-meals and one night of lodging and excludes the field training exercise (FTX). Course auditing days are July 11 - 15. Please purchase a ticket for each day you would like to audit or choose the 4 day audit option for all four days. Instruction is provided by Four Winds Professional Guild. Room & Board provided by Boulder Creek Retreat and Training Center.
