About the event
Train with surgeons who have operated in special operations and in the most austere settings in medicine. Build lasting bonds with your peers, and learn to improvise, adapt, and perform when resources are scarce and no protocol applies. This is the surgical education residency can’t give you. War-torn regions and destabilized states such as Haiti, Ukraine, Sudan, Kurdistan, and Burma suffer the greatest spiritual and material needs.
These regions are dangerous to operate in and have limited access to communication and medical care. Christian missionary organizations operating in these regions, from the Free Burma Rangers to All Things Possible, need highly trained and resilient missionaries.

Daily Audit
This ticket is for those looking to audit the course without attending the full training. This is ticket includes 3-meals and one night of lodging and excludes the field training exercise (FTX). Course auditing days are July 11 - 15. Please purchase a ticket for each day you would like to audit or choose the 4 day audit option for all four days. Instruction is provided by Four Winds Professional Guild. Room & Board provided by Boulder Creek Retreat and Training Center.
